Wildlife spotting and cultural treasures are interspersed with hip colonial cities, the thrilling natural wonders of Mulu National park and the serene waters of the Kinabatangan River. Keep your eyes peeled for Pygmy Elephants and the long nosed Proboscis Monkey, spend time learning the unique dance of the Iban tribe and of course, get up close with Borneo’s favourite ape; the Orangutan. No holiday to Borneo is complete without a bit of rest and relaxation on one of the tropical islands dotted off the northern shore.
